Ok listen up :>

go to command prompt. if you dont know how, its
run > cmd

to make an account (basic)

- type " net user (account name) (account password) /add "

to make that account or another account an admin (usualy doesn't work on most school pc's, but try anyways)

- type "net localgroup administrators (account name) /add "

this is a great way to pwn your parents if they dont trust you or to bypass your schools web filter
